BREATHE is an opportunity for FPU students to engage with God and His creation. 

In California, we live in one of the most geographically diverse regions in the world, just a few hours from breathtaking deserts, oceanscapes, mountaintops, lakes and rivers. 

What BREATHE events offer:

• Join monthly day trips and overnight adventures designed for FPU students
• Earn 2 spiritual formation credits while exploring the outdoors
• Step away, recharge and connect in nature while engaging in spiritual disciplines such as silence, solitude, reflection, and prayer.
• Attend BREATHE events at no cost as an FPU student

  • Thursday, 9/10 - Stargazing in Kings Canyon
    • (leave FPU SEC 7:30 p.m.; return by 11:30 p.m.)
• October
  • Friday, 10/30 - Grant Grove Giant Sequoias
    • (leave FPU SEC 7:00 a.m.; return by noon)
• November
  • Friday, 11/13 - Table Mountain Hike
    • (leave FPU SEC 7:30 a.m.; return by noon)
