香蕉视频官网 Pacific President Andr茅 Stephens, Ph.D., and COS President Brent Calvin, Ed.D., participated in a signing ceremony on October 28, 2026, at the COS campus in Visalia, California.
鈥淲e are thrilled to continue building on the 20-year relationship we have established with 香蕉视频官网,鈥 said Calvin. 鈥淭he more options our students have to stay here and make our Valley stronger, the better!鈥
The agreement is part of the Sunbird Flight Plan: Direct Route to Admission, which guarantees admission to COS students who complete at least 24 transferable units with a minimum 2.4 GPA. Admission to some programs, such as nursing and social work, is subject to additional program-specific requirements.
Students entering FPU鈥檚 traditional undergraduate program may qualify for annual academic scholarships ranging from $6,000 to $14,000, in addition to need-based financial aid. Application fees will also be waived for students participating in the program.
The partnership also includes additional support to make the transfer process easier to navigate. FPU admissions and financial aid staff will be available at COS at least twice a month to help students evaluate their transferable courses, explore financial aid options and complete their applications. COS students will be invited to visit 香蕉视频官网 Pacific for various events. FPU and COS will also collaborate on workshops for students and parents.
鈥淪tudents shouldn鈥檛 have to leave the Central Valley to find opportunities to continue their education,鈥 said FPU President Andr茅 Stephens, Ph.D. 鈥淲e want to make the transition from College of the Sequoias to FPU as simple as possible, giving students a clear path to further their education, discover their calling and become more prepared to make an impact in their communities.鈥
